About

Brandon Kish was a multi-sport athlete with a university scholarship—but even with the achievements, he felt out of place. Struggling with anxiety and direction, he knew something had to change. At one point weighing 300 pounds, Brandon lost 70 pounds, walked away from his scholarship, and began a personal journey to rebuild his life from the inside out.

Today, Brandon is an author, public speaker, and interviewer who engages people in real conversations about many topics including anxiety, self-worth, and personal growth. He also hosts a YouTube interview series, conducting both street interviews and long-form conversations with people from all walks of life—bringing stories to light.

His book, Anxiety Can Buzz Off: How to Stop Worrying and Achieve Goals, is written not as medical advice, but as a conversation between peers. It’s honest, relatable, and meant to feel like you’re sitting on the couch talking with a friend who truly gets it.

Brandon’s mission is simple: to help you succeed by showing you that change is possible, even with anxiety in the picture.
